Candidates Forum: Meet the candidates for Fruita City Council.
Participating candidates will answer questions submitted by the public from a moderator debate style with time limits.
The Regular Municipal Election for the City of Fruita will be held on April 5, 2016.
The Mayor’s seat and four Council seats are up for election in April. The three City Council candidates receiving the highest number of votes will be elected to 4 year terms and the candidate with the next highest number of votes will be elected to a 2 year term. The Mayor’s seat is a two year term. The ballot will also include one referred measure.
