Visitor Center 8 am - 4 pm, 7 days/week. Campground and day use year-round. Boating March-September.

    Western Colorado's Oasis in the Desert, Highline Lake State Park is the ideal base camp for year-round outdoor activities. Cool off in the summer with swimming, waterskiing/boarding, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Relax and socialize in our grassy, shaded campground and picnic areas. Hike/bike over seven miles of single-track trails. Keep your eyes open for wildlife, from butterflies to eagles to mule deer. Fish year round, or hunt small game or waterfowl in the autumn and spring. Ice thickness permitting, enjoy ice fishing or a pick-up game of hockey in the winter.

    I-70 to Exit 15, north onto Hwy 139; left onto Q Road; right onto 11.8 Road; straight ahead to park entrance. Road signs mark all turns.
