Release that pent up frustration from the election and economy and make change happen in your own backyard! Join us for a day of community enhancement through tammy whackin! The Tamarisk Coalition in partnership with the City of Fruita is organizing a tamarisk and Russian olive removal day at Kings View Open Space in Fruita in an effort to increase the ecological health of the site and to make room for a new mountain bike skills park and 18 hole disc golf course! Coffee/tea/cocoa, breakfast, lunch and all necessary tools will be provided. YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT. Please contact Bill at the above contact info to register and for more details.
