Next Step: An Internship & Workforce Development Program
The goal of this program is to help our members implement quality employee recruitment and training processes to maximize their employee retention and reduce staffing headaches. At the end of 12 weeks, you will have the systems in place, position defined and confidence to hire an intern to support your business.
You are expected to attend all classes to graduate, and there is no cost to attend. This is an exclusive event for Fruita Area Chamber of Commerce members and will be offered only twice per year.Class Schedule
