Edesia, A Palisade Culinary, Wine & Spirits Adventure

Join us for exquisite food, wine and spirits during the Fourth Annual Edesia celebration, a fundraiser for the Marillac Clinic.  Restaurants, wineries, distilleries and other region, national and international food and beverage artisans offer samplings of their finest during the event.  Culinary demonstrations and this year our VIP luncheon will introduce the attendee to an event that is the coordination of local, national and international chef's creations, all paired with libations to delight.
While sampling enjoy live entertainment, time with friends and a stroll through Colorado's Wine Country.   All attendees receive an etched Edesia Riedel glass.
It's a feast the Roman goddess of Food, Edesia, would envy.
