Bed Race - Fruita Fall Festival

Rules:

A) 1 bed, twin or double size, on 4 wheels not larger than 24" diameter.

B) 5 (maximum) team members: 4 pushers and 1 rider (required).

C) Winners selected by judges whose decision is final. Total score will be based on comic value, costumes, and time.

Suggested costume theme is DUCK DYNASTY.

D) No push bars, No ropes, and no mechanical devices.

E) Total prize money $400. Split $250 winning team, $100 second place team, and $50, 3rd place team. Prize money

to be paid in Fruita Funny Money (same as cash when spent in Fruita stores and worthless anywhere else.) Traveling trophies will also be awarded and bragging rights will last 365 days.

F) Teams may have sponsors (4 maximum) to help with the expense of building racing beds and crew training. Sponsors may display a sign on the racing bed not to exceed 10" by 36."

G) Each team shall remember the race is to be a fun event that is "G" rated. No cussing, spitting, throwing objects or anything but appropriate modest dress.
