Kitten Yoga
Join us for Gentle Flow Yoga with Certified Yoga Instructor - Matt Angleman. This yoga class will be held in our kitten room, so not only do you get the relaxation from yoga you also get kitten therapy. This class is open to the public for a $10 donation. Please bring a clean yoga mat and wear long pants and shirts with sleeves. Pre-registration is required. For safety and space purposes each class is limited to 9 attendees. Open to ages 15 and up. If you operate, or are thinking about operating, a food truck in Mesa County, this workshop is for you!
Join other mobile food vendors and agency representatives from the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County Health Department, City of Grand Junction Fire Department, and the Business Incubator Center to learn about upcoming changes to local regulations and current industry trends related to food trucks in Mesa County. A+A and open discussion to follow.

Snip 'n Tip: Learn to TNR
Got cats? Feeding cats? Seeing cats? Come learn how to be part of the solution to the cat overpopulation by properly using Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) to manage the feral and free roaming cats in your neighborhood! Gain access to resources, including free spay/neuter, free trap rentals, expert advice, best practices, and more. All basic steps of TNR will be covered, including trapping, feeding, getting the cats fixed, working with neighbors and more. Written materials will be provided and TNR techniques demonstrated.
