Gentle Flow Yoga in our kitten room. Classes are open to the public for a $10 donation. Please bring a clean yoga mat and wear long pants and shirts with sleeves. Pre-registration is required. Register by contacting the Animal Resource Center- 970-434-7337 ext 103 or ashley@rhhumanesociety.org

Join us for Business After Hours Hosted by Alpine Bank located at 125 N. Park Square in Fruita on Thursday, December 12th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. This months Business After Hours features a canned food drive! Bring a canned food donation and enjoy great food and networking with the Fruita Chamber at Alpine Bank!

Cybersecurity & Identity Theft Awareness Breakfast. Join Ron Rehberg and Andrea Gatley, Nexa1.com- and learn ways to protect yourself, your family and your business. This is an educational seminar. These issues are real. Breaches are up 54% the first 6 months of 2019 over 2018, with over 3800 reported breaches (many never get reported) exposing over 4.1 BILLION records of personal information exposed. Statistics are that 45% of small businesses are out of business in 10 months if they experience a breach. RSVP-seating is limited to 30. Bring business cards-this will be a great event to meet other business owners.

Pet Loss Grief Group
Come celebrate the life of your beloved pet(s) under the guidance of a licensed counselor and with fellow pet lovers. We will be making holiday pet ornaments in honor of our most loyal companions. Adults and children are welcome, but space is limited so please RSVP to Ashley at ashley@rhhumanesociety.org or 970-434-7337 ext. 103. This will be a time to share your pet(s) stories with like minded people in a safe environment with some pastries and hot beverages! $5.00 suggested donation, or donation of pet food.
